2021 FAIR – BACK TO NORMAL SCHEDULE
JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW UPDATE
Welcome to the 2021 Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo Junior Livestock Show. This year you will need to upload one (1) photo of the exhibitor at registration. This only needs to be a photo of the exhibitor. It will be used during the Junior Livestock Sale. Also, you will need to fill ou the online W9, submit a completed Certification form (which requires an agent or teacher signature) and the Liability release form. Only one per exhibitor. Simply print them off the fair web page and fill them out, scan and upload into the online entry portal. Please get with your 4-H agents and AG teachers to get your forms signed.
The online entry portal is targeted to be active on August 21st.
From there simply enter your animals as in the past. Please keep your user and password handy as you can always go back and add things.
Please be flexible and patient as we do not know what the next 6 weeks will be like concerning the COVID-19 mandates. The SNMSF&R will operate under the mandates established by Federal, State and Local governments at the time of the fair.
Currently the entry deadline is September 3rd. This can be extended if needed but do not count on it.
The rules say the SNMF&R Livestock committee will not refund your entries. If COVID rules and mandates prohibit your family from participating, we will refund your entry fees less and credit card fees imposed.
September 10th, 2021 11:59 pm
Late Entries will be accepted with late fee until September 15th, 2021 at 11:59 pm
